Super sharp and holding up great!
Beautiful craftsmanship! These knives are well made, well balanced and sharp!
Blades have a nice weight to them, super sharp out of the box. Not quite as balanced as they claim, but still very comfortable. My biggest complaint is all the handles are different wood colors/grains and the markings aren't nearly uniform as pictured. But still well worth the money.
Great quality, better than I expected.
Acceptable for the low price. But they are covered in pointless cheap finish. They are not particularly sharp nor particularly hard, therefore not capable of being sharpened to amazing levels. But after tediously sanding the crap finish off with thousand grit emery paper, they accepted a decent sharpening. But when you factor in the time wasted, I would honestly recommend just getting a decent carbon steel chefs knife instead of the ultra cheap set. One decent knife and skill with a 25 dollar wet stone will outperform this set by a mile.
